The innovative menu reflects the best of the season with daily chef creations, utilizing local grower’s produce and fresh seafood such as mussels and scallops flown in from Baja. The bread and flatbread are handmade daily and fired in the brick oven. A local favorite is four cheeses, smoked salmon, capers and arugula. The appetizers are not to be missed with tempura tuna rolls, fried calamari, beef carpaccio and daily soups. People travel for the perfectly grilled filet mignon with blue cheese ravioli, the butter poached fresh lobster and the variety of pasta dishes each with its own dazzling presentation.
