Join Us for New Year’s Eve at Mark’s

This spectacular New Year’s Eve event is one you don’t want to miss. The evening begins with an early seating from 5-8:30 with our four-course menu for $750 pesos or $60 USD.

Starting at 8:45 pm and onwards, the late seating will go well into the New Year as we celebrate the arrival of 2012 with fabulous food, a live band, dancing and party favors. Your evening of food, wine and entertainment will feature incredible culinary offerings. Imagine the freshest seafood and organic meats prepared impeccably. The Holidays at Mark’s

Enjoy the holidays at Mark’s this year.

We are preparing a four course Christmas Eve candlelight dinner and featuring live Harp and Guitar music by the Veracruz Trio. The menu Choices include Pumpkin Lobster Bisque, Venison Carpaccio with Ostrich Pate, Baja Mussels with Fennel Sausage or Spiced Pumpkin Ricotta Cheese Ravioli -Main courses include, Red Snapper with Shrimp and Risotto, Herb Butter Roasted Turkey, Gras Fed Filet Mignon with Blue Cheese Ravioli or Cider Brined Organic Pork Chop. Desserts are delicious and made by our pastry chef. $595 pesos or 46 dollars. phone 01 329 2980303

New Year’s Eve Dinner is a party with a four course menu including, to start, Rockefeller Oysters, Duo of Ahi Tuna, Organic Venison Carpaccio and Truffle Oil,with main courses of  Rack of NZ Lamb, Fillet Mignon with Oysters, Sea bass rolled with Shrimp, Organic Veal Chop with Figs, Butter poached Lobster with Ricotta cheese Gnocchi.

Fall Season

Our favorite time of year is arriving in Bucerias when the ocean cools down the the fresh seafood is abundant with fresh Mussels, Oysters and Scallops arriving from Baja to kick the season off.

With the holidays approaching we are planning tasty menus to celebrate. The team will be cooking Turkeys for Thanksgiving, two different ways, with an array of intriguing side dishes, starters and desserts.

Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve are a wonderful time to enjoy family and friends over our four course dinner with music. Reservations please.
