We are preparing a four course Christmas Eve candlelight dinner and featuring live Harp and Guitar music by the Veracruz Trio. The menu Choices include Pumpkin Lobster Bisque, Venison Carpaccio with Ostrich Pate, Baja Mussels with Fennel Sausage or Spiced Pumpkin Ricotta Cheese Ravioli -Main courses include, Red Snapper with Shrimp and Risotto, Herb Butter Roasted Turkey, Gras Fed Filet Mignon with Blue Cheese Ravioli or Cider Brined Organic Pork Chop. New Year’s Eve Dinner is a party with a four course menu including, to start, Rockefeller Oysters, Duo of Ahi Tuna, Organic Venison Carpaccio and Truffle Oil,with main courses of  Rack of NZ Lamb, Fillet Mignon with Oysters, Sea bass rolled with Shrimp, Organic Veal Chop with Figs, Butter poached Lobster with Ricotta cheese Gnocchi.
